Happy Lights are shipped all over the world. If you cannot find your country in the shipping menu, send an e-mail to sales@happylights.be.

Your order will normally be sent within one work day. Delivery is usually within one or two days in the Benelux, and for other countries it can vary between three to six days, depending on your location. If you still have any questions about this, you can always send an e-mail to info@covarmed.be.

We work with the carriers GLS, DPD and Bpost. When you place an order, you will always receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched, so that you can easily follow it. If you have not received an e-mail with the tracking number, check your spam folder or send an e-mail to us at sales@happylights.be for a copy.

The Happy Lights Outdoor collection, as the name suggests, can be used outside, 24 hours per day, seven days a week. The festoon lights and balls, on the other hand, are handmade and not weather resistant nor waterproof. You can, however, still use them for your garden party as long as you bring them back inside afterwards.

For the outdoor light strings: check that the lamps have been screwed in firmly enough. They have to be screwed in completely to be water-resistant.
For indoor light strings: check that a bulb hasn't become loose or damaged during transport. The bulbs are replaceable and you have been supplied with at least 2 spare bulbs.

If there is still a crease in your big ball after following the instructions, it could be due to the following reasons:

  1. The ball was not inflated hard enough.
  2. The ball was not moistened enough with the spray.
  3. There was a small hole in the balloon that was used, causing it to deflate while the big ball was drying.

Repeat the process until the crease disappears.

All payments to the webshop are processed by MOLLIE. You have the choice of a number of online payment options. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, no problem. Just send an e-mail with your request to sales@happylights.be.

Despite our best efforts, it is always possible that an item may arrive damaged in some way. If the outside of the packaging appears to have been damaged in transit, it is very important to notify the delivery company when you receive the package: you have the right to refuse the delivery.

Please provide us with all available information including photos.
 

Happy Lights is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, notify us and return it within 14 working days of receipt. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

To find out when an item will be available again, send an e-mail to our sales department at sales@happylights.be.

Our website is set up so that VAT is automatically deducted if you order from outside the EU.

Yes, you can, but you will need an account with us. We need this account to check your VAT number and make sure you don't have to pay VAT in Belgium. If your company is registered in Belgium, you will still have to pay VAT.
