​Prices

All prices are shown exclusive and inclusive of VAT, but before the calculation of shipping costs. All costs, including taxes and shipping costs, are shown at checkout before payment is made. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

​You can place an order with us in four simple steps:

    • Place your product in the basket
    • Enter your details
    • Select your method of payment
    • Confirm your order

​Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.


​Method of payment

All payments to the webshop are processed by MOLLIE. Several methods of payment are available to you. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, send an e-mail with your request to sales@happylights.be.

Shipping

    • Your order is packed as carefully as possible.
    • It is dispatched within 1 or 2 work days.
    • Orders are shipped by a parcel delivery company.
    • We cannot be held responsible for an incorrectly provided address and any additional costs incurred as a consequence.
    • Delivery is within 1 to 2 days in the Benelux, 3 to 6 days in other countries 
      depending on your location.


Unclaimed deliveries

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a message will be left by the parcel delivery company for rescheduling or collection at a pick-up point. If you do not do not collect your order, it will be returned to us. We are not responsible for this, as nor for any additional costs. If you do not work from home, we recommend that you enter your place of work as your delivery address.


Complaints and returns

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are in any way dissatisfied, you have the right to 
contact us in writing and return your order within 14 working days. You can contact us by e-mail at info@happylights.be.


​Photos and other images  

All photos and images on this website are the property of Happy Lights. These photos and 
images may NOT be copied or used for other purposes without our express written permission. 
We are not responsible for any colour differences between the photos and the actual products.


Personal data

Your personal data is stored in our customer database for the purposes of processing orders. Your data will be used for internal marketing purposes, such as newsletters. If you do not wish this, please e-mail us at info@happylights.be. We do not grant third parties with access to your data  for marketing purposes.
